Krista Ross
Chief Executive Officer
Krista Ross joined the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce as CEO in September of 2011 and in 2017 she was chosen Chamber Executive of the Year for Canada by Chamber of Commerce Executives of Canada. Krista was also GM of the Fredericton Chamber from 1989 to 1997 followed by 14 years as an award-winning private business owner. With more than 30 years of results-driven experience ranging from association management to printing and communications, to real estate, Krista is excited about supporting businesses through the work of the Chamber, being a community leader, builder and economic development driver for Fredericton. Morgan Peters
Policy and Research Manager
As Policy and Research Manager, Morgan liaises with all stakeholders and advocates on behalf of members in various forms. In this context he researches key issues and collaboratively recommends, produces and communicates relevant policies and positions. Since completing a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws at UNB, he has acquired extensive experience in writing, researching and communicating in the greater Fredericton area and the province at large in the legal and education sectors.

Christine Little
Membership Development and Marketing Manager
Christine brings over 10 years experience in the not-for-profit sector to her role as membership development and marketing manager. During that period she built strong networks, created successful fundraising events and developed relationships with key stakeholders in the area.
She is dedicated to the community, volunteering on various boards, including the Fredericton Marathon committee, the United Way Forever Fund, the Women’s Executive Group and the Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival, where she is the director of volunteers.
Her purpose as membership development and marketing manager is to recruit and retain businesses that operate in the Greater Fredericton Area. She looks forward to working with individuals and companies to ensure they get the most out of their experience with the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce.

Wendy Morrell
Operations and Communications Manager
Wendy’s role as Operations and Communications Manager began in 2004. As Operations Manager Wendy ensures the chamber facilities, equipment and office services are running smoothly. The Communications Manager role is responsible for delivering a number of key chamber communications vehicles specifically email communications, annual report, Insight magazine and the chamber website. Wendy is also responsible for maintaining the chamber’s membership database. Tanya Senechal
Event Manager
With 6 years in the Event Industry, Tanya is only certain of one thing: running events is in her blood. Having previously spent 4 years as an Event Coordinator in Halifax, and 2 years as a Venue Sales Executive in London, UK, Tanya’s passion is putting on events that not only support the community, but bring people together. Tanya’s role at the Chamber is to organize all Chamber events, large and small, and she hopes to see you at the next Business Over Breakfast.

Brianne Phillips
Bookkeeper
Brianne started with the Chamber for her student placement program after attending CompuCollege in Dec 2004. She accepted the position of Events Coordinator for 2 years but has held the title of part time bookkeeper since 2007. She has worked in the IT industry for the past 10 years but has recently made the change back to working as bookkeeper for small local businesses. She currently enjoys living the country life in Beaver Dam with her husband, Tristan and two children Alexis and Hudson.
